A Christian era year can be selected ranging from ancient times to far into the future. However,
selecting a year significantly different from the current time results in: 1) inaccurate
man-made satellite orbit calculations, 2) inaccurate planet orbit calculations and 3) inaccurate
star location identification in this order.
In the gTime flow speedh field, the time flow speed applicable to StellarWindow can be established
ranging from e0xf to e9,999xf*1
