We, Fairy Devices Inc., (hereafter "FDI") collect customer's personal information to the extent necessary to provide our services. FDI will comply with all laws and regulations concerning personal information protection, including our Privacy Policy described below, and will ensure strict compliance by directors, employees and contractors concerned.

FDI will only collect personal information by fair and lawful means, without the use of fraudulent or other deceptive means.

Cookies and IP address information alone may not be used to identify any individual. For this reason, FDI does not consider them as 'Personal Information". FDI collects your personal information directly from you when you place an order via our website. Personal information we collect includes names of purchaser/recipient, home/office address & phone numbers, email addresses. FDI will not collect credit card information you enter (if you choose to pay by credit card), it will be collected and handled by your credit card processing company.

FDI will provide you your own personal information without delay, only when you request it. In such case, however, FDI will not provide it without verifying the identity of the individual making such requests. If the personal information you gave us was incorrect or incomplete, and you wish to correct, add or delete them, FDI will check immediately and make necessary changes. In such case, however, FDI will not comply with the request without verifying the identity of the individual making such requests.
